Release of the Aspergillus oryzae genomic sequence data
imageGenome analysis of Aspergillus oryzae RIB40 has been carried out in collaboration with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST) and other members of the A. oryzae Genome Analysis Consortium and the resultant genomic sequence data are now released. At the same time, cross-reference information concerning the eight archaeal and bacterial genomes published in DOGAN has newly been included by linking them with the data contained in DDBJ, EMBL, GenBank and UniProt.
