Bioresource Information Center
The NITE Bioresource Information Center(formerly Genome Analysis Center) provides high-quality information concerning the microorganisms we have analyzed, including their genomic sequence, physical map and, in some cases, proteomic data through the database termed DOGAN.

DOGAN
NITE Biological Resource Center
The role of NITE-BRC (NBRC) is to collect, isolate, characterize and preserve microbial genetic resources for distribution. Each of the microorganisms possesses a unique NBRC-ID and can be searched for by a key-word, scientific name etc. for your convenience.
NBRC Culture
Biotechnology Development Center
The role of Biotechnology Development Center is to explore and isolate novel microorganisms in nature as well as to promote industrial utilization of the microbial resources preserved at NBRC through various categories of collaborations.

NITE Patent Microorganisms Depositary
NITE Patent Microorganisms Depositary (NPMD) accepts, preserves and distributes patent microorganisms as an international organization as stipulated in the Budapest Treaty and as a domestic organization designated by Japan Patent Office.
